Awesome concept. But I think it could be executed much better.
Perhaps a lower angle so that it would crop out most of the building in the background, and get rid of all of that un-needed space between the ODSTs head and the top border.

God hasn’t taking Halo 3 Screenshots turned us into great photography critics! I always joke in my Photo class that “It’s time to take some screenshots!”
I agree that the “plumage” should take up most of the frame. It sort of breaks the “immersion factor” with that building in the background. That is, it’s harder to believe the Plumage effect. However, it’s a cool idea, and the colors somehow make it look like concept art to me. I dunno if anybody else feels that way, but that’s what I got out of it.
