i’m pretty sure i know.. if you go to the link bs angel has up above… it’s in the room by the switch where you open the gate…. for some reason if you hit the lights that are in the hallway or have an object near it… it makes some weird pattern, but it is on last resort in the base… all you gotta do is look up =P

I’m not sure but I’m guessing it’s the same effect from Last Resort (http://halo3screenshots.com/2009/05/22/the-grudge/) that has been all the rage lately.
