I think its a splazer ive gotten effects like this from splazers.
Well the splazer would affect the Spartan as well, so it’s likely just a frag or rocket explosion with the juicy filter on. Can’t say for certain.
Might just be a custom game with invincibility and the juicy filter on. I’ve had effects like this.
Looks like the background of the Gears of War logo lol.
