Yeah looks like a Jeep commercial, good shot
He might have found a way to glitch spawn it up there. An explosion will also fit the bill, though you have to be lucky for it to land where you want it with no damage.
Zero gravity, perhaps? My brother and I were having a lot of fun with that glitch.
None of the above, actually. I just picked it up with the monitor and held it there long enough to take a good shot of it =]
