   its on the back of the tower on Valhalla, they put special stuff there on holidays, this is July 4th

   Any games, local or online. The game refers to your system clock and applies different images on certain dates (4th July, Christmas, New Years…), much like the beach signs on Zanzibar in Halo 2.
