This is so random, but I really loved that giant robot ad campaign for the original Xbox. You know the one where this girl is moving and the robot is matching her actions?
You could use some map (such as Hurricane Katrina) that has lots of explosions and flying dumpsters (and therefore lots of places for the ragdoll physics to work). Play a ~4 hour round, then watch the thing in the Theater and find your letters. :-)
Some would be really hard, though. B? E? Some might need to be formed by a “synchronized-dying” group. Still, I wouldn’t put it beyond some of the brilliant minds here. If they have the patience to build gargoyle wings in Forge, I’m sure that some have patience for a project like this.

Perhaps this is the beginning of a new “Halo Corpse Alphabet”? That would be FUN.
Teacher: Now kids who wants to make an “X” with Jimmy’s Dad? You, O.K.
Kid: This is fun!
Dad: OWWW! my man parts!
