hahaha, where is this? I so wanna see this in person
It looks like Blackout, but I’m not really sure.
It’s in one of the storage compartments at the very beginning of Floodgate, opposite the Brute Cheiftain’s corpse. Do a little searching and you’ll find it lying on the floor.
